About Rules for Reactionaries

If you want the pithy and passionate explanation for what this newsletter/blog is all about, see A Call for Counter Revolution. I suggest you go there first then come back here.

Now for the dry and crinkly explanation: the Republican Party has been long dominated by professionals. Professionals are concerned with fundraising and winning the next election. The result is that conservatism has been way too focused on wooing big donors, redistricting, and getting out the vote.

Meanwhile, for the far Left is politics is practically a religion (and its adherents have gone full puritan of late). They have had amateurs and part timers working on the 80% of the political battle space outside of campaigning and fundraising. As a result conservatism has been inexorably retreating over the course of my entire life. There isn’t much left to conserve.

Since conservatism is pretty much dead (and libertarianism is about as easy to sell as asparagus and artichoke ice cream) I’m calling myself a Reactionary these days: let’s start with what was common sense before the Summer of “Love”, and refine from there.

And since the Left has gone from Free Speech to trigger warnings and calls for censorship, I’m writing under an obvious pseudonym.

I’m writing a book, but since finishing, polishing, and publishing a book takes time, and America is running out of time, I’m trickling out pieces of chapters here, so people can get cracking on the many tasks at hand.

Since I am not independently wealthy like Donald Trump, I’m going to put some of the juicier parts behind the paywall. If you like the free stuff and want me to go all in, quit my day job, and make things happen, then become a paid subscriber when I switch to paid membership mode. For now, sign up for the free newsletter and take the upcoming samples for a test drive. If you are to the right of center and have a sense of humor (if you like the Babylon Bee), you will likely be entertained.

But more importantly, you will learn how to win. We can take America back, but it’s going to take a whole lot more than attending rallies, donating to candidates, and spouting talking points.

Played 4D political chess before it was cool. You didn't see the results (unless you were in a certain city) because I didn't have Donald Trump's budget. With woke corporations trying to go broke, I might just get myself that budget...
